New Jersey Housing Discrimination & Protection Laws

All New Jersey residents and those seeking housing have the right to an experience that is free from discrimination. This program will provide a greater understanding of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination in Housing, and the Fair Chance in Housing Act (FCHA).

Participants will learn about the protections under these laws and what steps can be taken when an act of discrimination or harassment occurs.
